The Coterie of Caribbean Butlers would like to congratulate Stephan Orneus a recent participant in the partnership programme between Youthbuild Bahamas and The Coterie of Caribbean Butlers. Through the Coterie, Stephan was afforded the opportunity to learn four disciplines including Food and Beverage front of the house serving protocols, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Butler Apprenticeship. Stephan through his training was able to secure employment at Breezers Resorts as a waiter in one of its restaurants.
