The Coterie of Caribbean Butlers recently partnered with the Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina, located in Bimini, The Bahamas for an intensive 3 day training exercise in F&B Skills and Customer Service training. COCB was invited to conduct the class by the resort's general manager Larry O. Williams and F&B Manager Ali Bastian. Course centered around meeting and exceeding guests expectation, anticipating guests needs, industry dining standards, and restaurant sequence of service.
