The Food & Beverage industry is experiencing an incredible surge, especially in the areas of Sommeliers and Mixologists. Among the two professions, Mixologist are enjoying the "rock star" status, bringing incredible creativity, skills and professionalism to restaurants, night clubs and bars across the length and breath of The Bahamas.
On July 19th, 2019, The Coterie Of Caribbean Butlers launched it's first Mixology course and it was a "hit" to say the least! Persons already employed as Bartenders at some of the leading resorts took the opportunity to sharpen their skills while others took the course to prepare themselves for employment as a Bartender.
All of the students thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the hands-on class where they learned to build, shake, stir and taste their creations in a relaxed setting. The next session starts September 4th, 2019.
